The Houston Public Library Foundation, as a fundraising entity and a nonprofit corporation in the State of Texas, is committed to financial transparency.
Annual Audits
Audits are conducted on an annual basis by independent third-parties and reviewed by the Board of Directors. Additionally, although not a City entity, the Foundation does submit a copy of its annual audit to the Comptroller of the City of Houston.
